Cari is a trusted advisor to top tech companies and C-Suite leaders on how to level-up through strategic communications and thought leadership. She is an Executive Communications expert and the CEO and Founder of RAISE, a communications strategy and PR firm for high growth tech companies, VC and Investment Firms and C-Suite Leaders. Since starting RAISE, Cari has built the company into a multi-million dollar agency, crossing the threshold of the top 3 percent of women-owned businesses. Cari has supported global tech brands and successfully partnered directly with hundreds of CEOs on their path from early days through exit and IPO. She has also worked with a range of top investors, from The Midas List regulars to high performing emerging stars. RAISE clients have collectively raised hundreds of millions of dollars, and exited in the billions.

In addition to partnering with brands, Cari directly advises and coaches Mission-Driven C-Suite Leaders, Experienced Startup Founders, 7+ Figure Business Executives, Authors and Thought Leaders on how to design communication strategies to meet business goals and secure new career opportunities. She also helps individuals develop and prepare their thought leadership to secure Board Seats.

Cari began her career practicing law and worked at 2 international law firms. She has also been an active angel investor and was previously a columnist for Forbes where she regularly wrote about entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Cari has done a wide range of volunteer work dedicated to strengthening community resources. She has supported a number of non-profit causes as a donor, program creator, Board member, advisor and hands-on volunteer. Previously, she was appointed and served on The Dean’s Advisory Council for Cornell’s College of Human Ecology and The President’s Council of Cornell Women. She was the Chair of the Board of Step Up Women’s Network, a Founding Board Member of She’s The First and Advisor to The Children’s Museum of the Arts.
